Zero defect assurance

At VAES, our automated dimensional and surface quality control systems ensure precision gaskets that conform to required tolerances. Our products may be a low-cost component of the parts or systems where they are installed but their precise fit is absolutely decisive for proper operation, long-lasting service and quality. This is particularly the case when safety is involved, such as in electromagnetic gas assemblies where our gaskets are there to prevent leaks. That is the reason why all these parts are checked by our automated Computer Vision Systems.
