With woven tapes and fabrics from VAES, insulation of small parts as well as large area thermal insulation may be carried out in the high-temperature range in many lines of industry.

Besides the common use of tapes as insulating material these products have also proved in technologically sophisticated applications. For example, with additional outer layer as conveyor belts for use in the glass industry. Conveyor belts can also be made from cut fabric pieces. They can be selected for wider applications.

Material Characteristics
Insulating tapes are flexible and easy to install, in addition they have a high breaking strength due to their structure and good stability of shape owing to firm selvedges.
